Limitation of Liability:
Golden Express (GE) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay and mis-delivery caused by:

A) Act of God, interruption by authority of law, strikes, civil disruptions, weather conditions, traffic conditions or incorrect address.
B) GE shall not be liable for the loss of articles loaded and sealed in packages by the shipper.
C) Unless a greater value is declared when placing an order, the shipper agrees and declares that the value of each shipment is not over $100.00 an additional charge of $2.00 per hundred or fraction thereof above the first $100.00 shall be assessed to shipments with a declared value over $100.00. Shipments are limited to a maximum declared value of $500.00.

Terms of Payment:
Unless previously arranged, terms of payment will be 7 days from the receipt of invoice. All collect shipments are accepted upon the credit of the consignor and upon failure of the consignee to remit payment within the stipulated time period, the consignor shall be liable for any or all charges.

Claim Procedure:
All claims must be made in writing to GE within 7 days after date of acceptance of the shipment. No claim for loss or damage to a shipment will be entertained until all transportation charges thereon have been paid. The amount of claims may not be deducted from transportation charges.
